  1. The photos on this website are provided to help you in choosing the correct product. These photos are meant to be samples only and are not provided an exact match to the actual product but it is similar of picture. Colors may vary because it depends on your screen resolution and other computer settings. We will not be responsible for any variation between the photos on this website and the actual product.
  2. If customers want to cancel an order, they are required to send email at info@BDFlower.com or by speaking to a customer support representative before 24 hours of delivery. Order can’t be cancelled if it has been processed.
  3. Please be aware that all deliveries to any College/University/Hostel are placed at the customer’s risk. If it is refused for any reason, BDFlower.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
  4. If the product that you ordered, gets out of stock for any reasons, we would let you know & we will work with you to find replacement.
  5. BDFlower.com cannot be responsible for any incorrect information. Your gift will not be delivered timely and may be returned to our office without this information. Giving correct and appropriate delivery address is always sender’s responsibility.
  6. If no one is present at delivery address, the deliveryman will leave the product to the security guard or neighbor as per recipient instruction. If it is flower then it will be dull without water, so receiver should put it in water immediately. For food item it will be keep it in a refrigerator, otherwise food will be damaged. In that case we won’t take any responsibility.
  7. If recipient receive any damaged perishable items, please contact us within 1 hour of your receipt of the product. For non-perishable items if found damaged gift then company will take necessity step regarding this matter .So informed us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  8. Our all delivered product are paid by the sender, recipient are not liable to pay any amount to deliveryman then BDFlower.com are not responsible for that payment.
  9. Cake design will be vary if it is outside of Dhaka city.
  10. Flower size may vary season to season. For this reason actual flower bouquet or basket can be looking different from our website.
  11. For same day delivery outside of Dhaka city, some products may not be available, in that case we will contact with customer for using substitute or delivery for next day.
  12. Our standard delivery time is between 10 am and 9 pm. We do night delivery between 9pm to 11pm , extra charge will be applicable.
  13. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is listed for incorrect price of product on the website. If the payment has been paid from customer then we will immediately arrange a refund.
  14. Product price includes costs of our services, delivery and online transactions Fee.
  15. If recipient refuse to accept the ordered item then no refund can be made.
