Returns & Refunds

  1. To provide you a worry free shopping experience, we have made an offer for you. Within 3 days of receiving your shipment, you may return your gift, but cannot be refunded as you offered a replacement gift.
  2. When you return your product, please indicate the reason with order number & send us email to info@bdflower.com.
  3. If an item (nonperishable) ordered by you that is delivered in a damaged / defective condition, contact us within 24 hours, we will replacement it within 7 days. You have to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered it.
  4. When we receive your return item, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement. If the product is not found to be defective, then shipping fees will apply.
  1. You can cancel your order anytime but full refund will be made if you cancel it 48 hours before delivery date.
  2. You will get 50% of money if you cancel your order 36 hours before delivery date.
  3. No refund is issued if you cancel it less than 24 hours of delivery date.
