- To provide you a worry free shopping experience, we have made an offer for you. Within 3 days of receiving your shipment, you may return your gift, but cannot be refunded as you offered a replacement gift.
- When you return your product, please indicate the reason with order number & send us email to info@bdflower.com.
- If an item (nonperishable) ordered by you that is delivered in a damaged / defective condition, contact us within 24 hours, we will replacement it within 7 days. You have to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered it.
- When we receive your return item, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement. If the product is not found to be defective, then shipping fees will apply.
Returns & Refunds
- You can cancel your order anytime but full refund will be made if you cancel it 48 hours before delivery date.
- You will get 50% of money if you cancel your order 36 hours before delivery date.
- No refund is issued if you cancel it less than 24 hours of delivery date.
